The Start Line Summer Run Program is About to Begin...

We've created The Start Line as a special summer run program for novice runners to start running comfortably and confidently. If you've been thinking of adding running to your fitness routine, or returning to running after a break, this program was made with you in mind!
A focused training plan will guide you through a build towards completion of a 5K run or run/walk. If you can walk comfortably for 30 minutes or more, you can successfully do this program.
With a limited number of participants, you will enjoy the support of a group and the specialized attention from a certified running coach to keep you on track and motivated through the process.
