Bridgette is a Road Runners Club of America certified coach and loves opportunities to help runners of all levels pursue their goals with confidence and determination.
Dave is a dedicated running coach with a deep understanding of training theory, performance optimization, and injury prevention. He is passionate about instilling a love for running, advocating for health and wellness, and guiding athletes to surpass their goals. With a diverse racing background, ranging 5kms on road to 50 miles on trail, Dave's experience and insight can bolster your next training phase, and enable you to compete at your peak.
